Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage to fragile ceramics or lighting during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home collection.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
